Seniors Peer Counseling Programs

Overview

Senior Peer Counselors support older adults who are in distress from life changes. Programs are currently available in a variety of counties in Oregon. See contact information below.

Typically, volunteers work with older adults experiencing life challenges and concerns of growing older, such as depression, adjustment issues from relocation and physical changes, loneliness, retirement, and grief. Senior peer counseling provides confidential, supportive, and personal mentoring.

If you are interested in participating in a Peer Counseling Program, either as a volunteer or a participant please contact the appropriate area listed below.
