Staying as healthy as possible, eating right, exercising, getting medical attention when needed and managing chronic diseases is critical to having a positive quality of life. The following information provides resources that are available to help you manage your health.



Medical assistance (Medicaid)

  • Oregon Health Plan - the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) operates under a waiver from the federal government that allows us to serve more low-income people using federal Medicaid money.

To apply for these benefits, please contact the local office in your area.

 

 

Medicare


Medicare is the national health insurance program for people age 65 or older, some people under age 65 with disabilities and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), which is permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant. For more information, visit Medicare on-line.
