Ryan White Program, Part B Funding

The State of Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) receives funding through the “Title XXVI of the PHS Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006” (Ryan White Program). DHS contracts with County Health Departments and other service providers around the state to provide HIV case management and support services to approximately 875 clients annually. The goal of HIV case management is to assist persons living with HIV in accessing and maintaining HIV medical care.
